If you would prefer a hard copy of the entire holdings of the Pain Care Resource
Center, click on Index of Materials (Adobe PDF document) and print the Index.
Be aware that the Index of Materials is over 76 pages in length. Most
materials are available on this website free of
charge. Some materials are not available online due to their size (too
large) or because they are copyrighted materials (such as articles). If
you would like a copy of these materials, you will need to mail a copy of the
order form with your payment to the Pain
Resource Center at the address listed below. Payment must be received
before an order will be filled (for items not available on the website).
